Air carriers will maintain a current part 121 / 129 / 135 certificate as required by the US Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) depending on the requirement.
SunStar Jets will obtain copies of operator Certificate of Conveyance, and necessity of a copy of registration certificate.
SunStar Jets will verify that the air carrier meets all applicable Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements for commercial air charter services, and proof of compliance will be made available upon request.
SunStar Jets will check air carrier operational history and safety records and will ensure air carriers maintain a current Air Worthiness Certificate from the FAA and DOT.
